3. Pricing and Payment

All prices on our site are in Canadian dollars, with applicable taxes and shipping fees in addition.
Payments are securely processed by our certified partners. Sacobi does not store banking information directly.

4. Orders and Delivery

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. We commit to preparing and shipping your items with care. Delivery times may vary depending on your address and product availability: In-stock items: estimated delivery within 3–4 business days.

Custom items: production time of approximately 3 weeks.

Engraved items: add 1 additional week to the standard timeframe.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our cutting boards are designed to last and meet the highest quality standards. If a manufacturing defect is found, you have 10 days after receipt to contact us at info@sacobi.com

Returns are accepted only for unused products in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, no refunds can be issued for items that have been used or marked.

6. Liability

We do everything possible to make your experience smooth and enjoyable. However, Sacobi cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of our products or access to our website.
